Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pablo application ("Pablo", "the app", "the software"), developed and provided by Pablo ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Pablo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Pablo for your personal or internal business purposes on devices that you own or control.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Pablo in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Pablo
• Not use Pablo for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not distribute, lease, license, sell, or otherwise commercialize Pablo
• Not modify Pablo or create derivative works based on it

Intellectual Property Rights

Pablo and all of its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Open Source Components

Pablo includes components from the open-source Whisper project under the MIT license. "Whisper" is a trademark of OpenAI and is not affiliated with Pablo. The MIT license is included in the application's documentation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PABLO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT PABLO WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, AND WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF PABLO.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE PABLO.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through Pablo or by other means. Your continued use of Pablo after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
